Shane’s Rib Shack is proud to be Des Moines' locally owned and operated BBQ restaurant and full service caterer!  We smoke our pulled pork, chicken, brisket and ribs fresh in the store every day (none of that trucked in, pre-smoked BBQ will EVER be served in our restaurant), we make our home-style sides from scratch, and bake our fruit cobblers twice a day!  We also feature an extensive gluten free menu, mouth watering salads, and even make our chicken tenders right in the store from fresh, never frozen chicken and our special recipe.
